I am a Master Trainer with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. I have worked extensively with the NFL Rehabilitation Team. I have helped patients aged 92 and 95 regain the ability to walk after being bedridden. I have helped Catastrophic Auto patients recover after crashes with exercise, PT, Physiotherapy, lymphatic massage to regain ROM and strength.

I work with clients in their home gym or home to provide in-home personal training with a nutrition plan to take you to the next level. I work with individuals and couples and friend workouts. $150 Hour for Personal Training One Person
$225 for Couples Training

Training sold in One Month, Two Month, Three Month Packages 2xs or 3xs a week

Performed on a Therapy Table at your home. Includes Consultation Evaluation and Nutritional Supplement Recommendations
